RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please mark "AMAZON EXCHANGE and your original Order ID #" (example 103-3369481-5649823) on the outside of the packaged to be returned. Please write the Amazon order ID # on a paper inside the returned order. When we receive the exchange back we will credit your account for the full price of the returned merchandise. This only applies to Exchanges. Other returns will be accessed a restocking fee. In the case of a return or exchange the customer pays all shipping costs. If you do not write "exchange" on the outside of the package and write the new Amazon Order ID# on the inside of the package you will be charged a restocking fee. All exchanges must be post marked 5 business days from the receipt of the order. Ship the return using a method that can be tracked. Merchandise that is returned without the clear plastic bag (if applicable and/or the picture insert or the original display packaging will be accessed a 50% restocking fee. Refund policy. All returns must be postmarked within business 5 days of delivery. Please include the reason for the return. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise and any packages returned to us with an improper address provided by the customer. Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A refund will be posted to your Amazon account within 14 days after we have received the returned package. All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Extreme Halloween's discretion only. Unauthorized returns will be refused with no credit or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This includes packages refused by the customer without authorization.
